How do I place my order?

Orders can be placed directly online on selected products or by our orders email address: orders@associated-pallets.co.uk

(please add quotation number and delivery address if possible)

How do I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, BACS payments and cheques are also accepted.
Credit accounts can be set up for repeat ordering customers.

How much is the delivery charge?

Delivery is free providing you spend £300.00 or more. otherwise a £49.00 delivery charge will be applied.

Please note a delivery charge may have to be applied for deliveries in the Scottish highlands, parts of Scotland and Ireland.

How long will my delivery take once I have ordered?

Providing the products are in stock when ordered, delivery will take between 2 – 3 working days for economy delivery and 1 working day for Next Day (providing your order is placed before 12.00pm)

Do you offer a Next day and timed delivery service?

Yes we do offer a next day and timed delivery service, Next day deliveries must be placed before 12.00 pm in order for you to receive the next day. (Excluding parts of Scotland) Please specify this when ordering.

Can I collect my order from your premises?

Yes, collection is welcome on the majority of our products

What do I do if I have not received my order?

Please contact us by telephone or email so we can see the status of your order.

Will I need a forklift truck to unload my order?

No, a tail lift truck can be requested to deliver your goods, but please make us aware of this when placing the order.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a return, refund or replacement policy if your order is not as described, lost or damaged. We will need signed paperwork on receipt of goods stating this before any action can be taken.
